I have severe pain with my endometriosis and so my doc is starting me on Lupron depo shots once a month for 6 months, how fast can this medicine start helping with that pain? Is it possible that it doesn't help the pain at all?

It helped with the endo pain in about 2 months but for me caused major bone density loss. Make sure if you go on it to take calcium supplements everyday to help.

Once my Lupron "kicked in" took about 2 months or so. I could not believe how much better I felt. I resisted it for so long. When I saw the doctor after being on it for a few months I told him the stuff was like liquid gold. But, I've stayed on it for much longer and it's starting to not work as well. It's likely cause I've been on it so long. Everyone is different though, a lot of people don't like it and it has not worked for everyone. Good luck!

Do your research before going on it.
