What Helps With Low Moods And Energy?
I go through intense low depressive moods every month, and it affects not only myself, but those around me. I'm not sure if it's connected to endometriosis, but I'd like to know what has worked from other women with this condition. Thank you!
I will suggest you to workout, every single day, no excuses, even if is 20 minutes. Will increase your serotonine(happy hormones) more collagen boost(skin, haie, nails) more blood flow which prevents stagnation, better sleep, more self-esteem, you will feel more energetic too. That's what i do and to be honest is a life changer.
I also feel the same. Sometimes i dont feel like getting up and doing anything. And i get irritated alot
Hey Shazz, got you, sorry to hear it's that bad. Would highly recommend you speak to a mental health practitioner if you're able. I definitely found that exercise (light yoga) helped and it's scientifically proven to as well. Of course with endo, periodically there will be months on end when I can't exercise, like right now. In those times I try and do stretches in bed and meditate - I like the headspace app. Good luck!
Thank you. I actually just try to overcome it and be positive and productive
Hey Nalini! Your name is so pretty. Yes, I can relate a lot to that as well. How do you deal with it so far?
