Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

I was diagnosed with chocolate cyst on my right ovary 3 months ago. The doctor advised me to take Visanne so that it will shrink. I had my ultrasound yesterday and result says that my endometrial lining is thin (which means that Visanne is working on my endometrium) but the cyst has enlarged.
