Migraines

How many of you out there suffer from migraines as well as your endometriosis, is it crazy to think that there's a link between the two? I have migraines several times a month... Since about the time I reached puberty. Just wondering how many out there have this experience too???

Members widely agreed that migraines and endometriosis often appear together, with many describing headaches that coincide with their menstrual cycles and suspecting a hormonal link between the two conditions. Several members shared relief strategies including switching to lower-dose birth control, stopping hormonal treatments altogether, trying Botox injections, taking medications like Topamax or Visanne, drinking mint tea, and exploring an elimination diet with organic foods after discovering low vitamin levels. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error nature of finding what works, with members also discussing an old potato remedy, the challenges of kidney stones from certain medications, and the frustration of migraines severe enough to mimic strokes or disrupt work.

I would suggest putting sliced potato's on your forehead with a tea towel it will take away your migraine with in an hour.

I have suffered from migraines for about 16 years & I was diagnosed with Endo almost 10 years ago. Been trial & error on many things for years & the best thing so far which I am experimenting with now is the elimination diet. I also found out that a lot of my vitamins in my body are majorly low, so I go see my Neurologist in a couple weeks to see what needs to be done. I will say since I switched to non-gmo & organic foods, my migraines have lessened a lot.....but only time will tell right now

I had bad migraines as well until I came off my visanne, haven't had a migraine in the last 3 weeks.. I also found that mint tea also helped..

My entire life, haven't been able to work in a month because of it, hoping this second Botox injection will make a difference. I had one so bad it mocked a stroke and I ended up in the ER
