How Long Does Pain From A Ruptured Cyst Take To Go Away?

I had a large cyst rupture Thursday afternoon. I couldn't move and the pain was worse than labor or kidney stones. I've had several rupture in the past, but nothing this bad. I went to the ER and they did a pelvic and said that it was a cyst, no ultrasound or anything else. The pain has eased off slightly but it's still horrible. Every time one of mi email have ruptured it is full blown pain right off out of no where and goes away within 2 hrs. Er doctors along with my ob has said that's one way to tell it's cyst rupture along with the fluid from cysts can be noticed with pelvic exam.

My cyst ruptured on a Sunday, I had 8/10 pain for three days, then had moderate pain 5/10 for another five days until they decided to remove it. I was also feeling muscle soreness the whole way along in my tummy.
