Perimenopause

I'm 23 and perimenopausal. Is it normal to want to cry every other minute? I'm confused about what's going on with my body.

I'm having injections that to 'turn off' my ovaries this gives menopausal symptoms but I'm taking estrogen that is supposed to help with the symptoms... It's not really but I think it's completely normal to feel sad and confused! I know I do all the time. I'm always breaking down in tears and feeling down because if pain and confusion! Your not alone! xo

I'm not feeling sad. I'm just confused and always feel choked up over nothing. Thank you glad to know it's normal.
