What kind of vitamins should I be taking besides the B12 I feel weak and lightheaded a lot
I started drinking smoothies in the morning also, (fresh fruit & milk sometimes veggies) helps me a bit, and my morning caffeine... & general healthy foods, nuts etc... It did help me with being too tired ;)
