Arm/wrist/hand Pain With Endo?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Since about 5 weeks post surgery (on day 3 of my 1st cycle), I have had extreme pain that worsens at night...feels like endo pain, but it's located in my arms, wrists, and hands, to the point that I can barely move them, and they swell up a little, too. Does anyone else have this issue? It could be totally unrelated, but I wanted to see if anyone else experienced that. I'm not on any medicines or anything (I've seen ladies on here complain of arm pain after getting a shot, but I haven't had a… read more

I've done all kinds of ultrasound and blood wrk and all came bac good...last month I notice my right hand keeps swelling and hurts some time.... even the area close to my right breast it very tender...I was sent to do a scan of the upper right limb and the thoracic inlet...am still awaitin the scan but the hand continuea swell😔

I have not been diagnosed with endo, however all the symptoms and signs scream "endometriosis". I can tell you that I have felt horrible wrist/arm pain for about 5 years now (on top of all the other awesome pain...). Doctors had diagnosed the pain tendonitis and carpul tunnel in each wrist. None of the treatments I tried helped the pain and I finally resorted to surgery a year ago, but it did not do anything except nearly give me nerve damage. The pain remains and after going through 6 months of physical therapy, only more questions came up and they started saying things like thoracic outlet syndrome and multiple sclerosis (my mother has MS and it tends to be hereditary). Now, I've been wondering if all of this is linked. Who knows, but I just feel crazy when none of the doctors I have seen all these are able to pin point the problem and just act like its all in my head.

Mine is so bad I have a brace on my right wrist. I can’t logically explain the link but I can’t dismiss the pain.

NikitaJohn did you ever figure out what was going on with you from these symptoms ? I’m having the same exact ones and it’s giving me so much anxiety.

I had to make an account to let you know you aren't alone. I'm not diagnosed or even know what's wrong with me but all signs lead me to this disease. I feel you on the arm/hand/wrist pain. It hurts so bad in the summer and fades in the winter months. It's so weird. I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there.
