It seems to help(only have tried once so far)with my pelvic floor pain... thankfully I haven't had a full blown "episode" of the labor like pains yet.. I will update once I do and if it helps.... My doctor gave me the pills instead of the suppositories because I live in a very rural area so the closest "compound" pharmacy is about two hours away so she recommended the pill instead

I have baclofen and diazapam suppositories too. Mine is a gel I insert with a syringe (not needle) and it helped my pelvic floor muscles calm down so much. I haven't been brave enough to try before sex.. My excision surgery is soon.

My dr gave me syringes full of anesthetic to use when I want to have sex... It seems they are trying to come up with all sorts of answers!! (FYI ... It does nothing for the pelvic pain that happens afterwards...!)

I have never heard of any pill being taken vaginally. Has it been helping though?
