Endo Belly
I had surgery a few years ago, and I'm feeling as if it may be something I have to go through again. One of the hardest things I've been dealing with is endo belly. The bloating, the look of being pregnant when I'm not. I've read plenty of articles on how to deal with it, but I was just wondering if any of you fine ladies have any techniques, or diets, etc to deal with it. Thanks you. 😘✌🏻️❤️
I have substituted a lot in my diet for healthier alternatives and it has worked wonders :-) for example; coconut sugar instead of white sugar, almond milk instead of regular milk, wholegrain/ rye bread instead of white bread. Dairy is a big one!!! So if you can cut out as much as you can it really helps :-)
I went to a seminar on Endo a few months ago and they recommended a FODMAPS diet to help with bloating etc http://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food...
Thanks ladies !
You're so welcome!
Peppermint tea helps with the uncomfortable sensation, not sure if it brings down the bloat. But i totally know what you mean, i get this all the time esp after too many carbs or too much milk. I'm celiac so i know it's not gluten related for me. It's horrendous isn't it. Makes me feel so much fatter than i am!
