Does Anyone Have Any Ways To Help With Extreme Nausea And Upset Tummy?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Findlay, OH

I've been getting extreme nausea and upset tummy. To where I feel like I'm going to constantly puke. It's hard to work or to do anything. Tums don't work for me and was wondering if there is anything that could help.

I've taken pills for "motion sickness" that help. Also try sipping on flat ginger ale. Goodluck!

Have you seen a GI doctor or tried acupuncture? Peppermint oil can help believe it or not. Ginger will too.

I also suffer from nausea most days. Ginger root and peppermint is really good to help ease the feeling in a natural way. Hope this helps!
