I was diagnosed with sciatica after a car accident last year. It acts up occasionally, but I have no idea if endo has anything to do with it (I currently get pain on the right, but it was on the left after the accident). My physical therapist has me do supine sciatic nerve glides and slump sliders and they have helped a lot; you could consider getting a PT referral. I often felt like my hamstring needed to be stretched when the sciatica acted up, but it turned out that was making it worse. Please get it checked out either way so you can get the right medical help for your individual case. I hope you find some relief soon-- I know it hurts! πŸ’›

I think its best to talk to your doctor about anything that is to bothersome, just to make sure.

There might be certain exercises that help with sciatic pain, I have some too, but havent researched that yet...
