I'm wondering if anyone has had success TTC with severe endo without surgery? My specialists are saying that in my case surgery would only be for pain and not fertility. Advised to do IVF egg retrieval, followed by 3 months of Lupron to calm everything down. (I have adeno as well as stage IV) Then transfer frozen embryo. Any success out there with this method?
