Shoulder Pain
How can I get rid of this awful shoulder pain from my laparoscopy? It's been a couple days and still killing me, more than my incisions. I've tried peppermint tea, stretches and even went for a short walk last night.
Those pains are cause by the anaesthetic gas, but which will run off your system after some time. It helps to relax and get some sleep more often.
Keep moving and drinking that tea. It is the only thing that makes it go away. Massage just hurts even though it feels like it will help it doesn't.
