I have this too! I've been getting it for the past 2 years. The pain is crippling and takes a good hour to go. I have no idea why I get it, but mine is also left sided!!

The bubble thing sounds a lot like reflux? I'm not sure if they're related at all, but I also have reflux, asthma and chronic sinusitis.

I was wondering this too. I saw that somewhere...pleural endometriosis? Over the last year or so I've started getting this random bubble in my chest/throat when I eat something....I can still breathe and swallow..but it's so painful...I have to pound my chest (or have someone pound my back) until I burp it up...but sometimes it makes me feel like I'm going throw up. I haven't experienced the shoulder pain though.

This is super old but did anyone ever find out what caused theirs? This is happening to me rigjt now and has many time in the last two weeks. Always left chest tight behind breast and what feels like armpit a bit but mostly like behind left pec. Super painful and hard to breathe
