First Periods After Laparoscopic Endo Excision
I am having my first period after my endo excision and its heavy and painful. I am so sad as I thought that having the surgery would provide some relief at least temporary relief. Does the pain ever get any better or am I just screwed? I feel just as bad if not worse than before the surgery just added nausea into the mix.
Hi, I have been feeling very tired at times, not sure if this is anything to do with the pill but it's new and fits with the amount of time I have been back on the pill. I have had no breakthrough bleeds so have been almost or as good as pain free.....I have another months tablets to go before I have my first break......I'm just hoping the 3 months without a bleed doesn't mean an extra painful one.....time will tell.xx
My first period after lap was horrendous!! It took a while to see some improvement and even now 7 months on I am dissapointed at the level of pain I am still in when on a period. I have just been put on birth control for 3 months back to back so limiting the amount of bleeds I have. Hoping the pain is better and I won't pay for the 3 month build up.
It is usually very bad! Talk to your doctor and see what you can do to ease the pain! Everyone bounces back from the surgery different! Hopefully this will help for down the road. If it doesnt, make sure to stand up for yourself until you feel better and more comfortable in your body. Hopefully this helps!
The first period after laproscopic is brutal. See how your next cycle is, it should be better
