Acupuncture worked wonders for me. It regulated my cycle and controlled the bloating. I have also heard of cupping techniques I haven’t tried it personally or even yoga. I recently have stopped going to acupuncture bc of the price and my symptoms have come back stronger. It definitely helped me feel more “normal.” I highly suggest it:)

Hello Im new here and seen your post, I've been on prostrap 2 months and hate everything about it, the side effects are not worth it, i can't eat, can't sleep can't focus, it's no life either with or without this injection, I feel so low about my self

How bad are the flushes and nausea ?

Prostap I take as an injection either in the arm or stomach, it basically induces a temporary menopause so as long as your on it you wont have a period so it controls the endo. Some people take it every few months up to as often as 25 days which I do. Its good at stopping periods but it does have not nice side effects like sickness hot flushes and can weaken bones so they give you a HRT (hormone replacement therapy) if your on prostap long term. It gives you back a very small amount of oestrogen to help.with side effects but not enough to bring back your period. They recommend everywhere not to be on prostap for more than 6 months but my doctor seems to think its okay that ive been on it a year and a half so who knows aha! xx

Oh my gosh that sounds lkke me! And the hospitals always act like im this drug seaking addict as im vomiting and shaking in pain! What is a HRT and prostrap ? I havent heard of it before
