Hello,
First, I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with this. I also haven’t officially been diagnosed, but I show every symptom (including this low right pain when sneezing) and I am having my first lap on 6/5/18.
I did want to mention, though, that along with PCOS and suspected endo, I have been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome. I’m having a procedure for this on 5/25/18, and the doctor said it’s very well possible that this pain comes from either of the conditions.

Ah well hopefully if it could be that he will see that on my lap. I honestly think it will be endo i literally have every symptom except the heavy bleeding will hopefully find out on the 29th. In the mean time ive now been prescribed tramadol and finally have painfree days which is such a relief after 3 months of constant pain. Hope your operations go well x

Thank you, Louby!
Pelvic congestion is essentially vericose veins deep in your pelvis. However, some women with it don’t ever have symptoms. After lots of reading, I honestly am not too convinced that my symptoms come from that — they all seem more characteristic of endo.
But, to be safe, I thought I would mention it in case you need other things to look into at any point :)
I hope your gynae is able to help you figure this out/feel better soon!
