Looking for some guidance about dos and donts that can help to make pain less. What should I avoid? What should I eat more of?

Look up foods that are low in or reduce estrogen. I'm not well-versed in these foods, but the information is out there!

Gluten. Red meat. Dairy. Sugar. High processed foods. Alcohol. Caffeine. Smoking. can all make endo worse 😞

Hi Arl,
Anti inflammatory diets are supposed to be helpful, also any foods that fuel estrogen need to be avoided. Anti inflammatory are the usual suspects, sugar, alcohol, carbs, red meat etc

A vegan/vegetarian diet is recommended.

Yes I also agree on that and I believe it helps a lot, not always easy, but it will change a lot in your symptoms and inflammation if your food is processed in a more easily way. But I will also suggest to take time to analyze yourself and the food your are eating, what helps you and not, it could be different for some of us, like diary product, I know for instance that sometimes I need to have some so I got for more goat milk product intead of cow milk ect.
