I have the mirena, which is basically the big sister of the skyla and it has definitely helped me for about 3 yeas, then the hormones started to wear out and I’m on my journey to find more relief. But I absolutely recommend the skyla/mirena iuds. Leveling out the hormone production really helped me have less pain rather than cycles and I like that hormones aren’t as systemic as the pill
