Pelvic Congestion

Hello, last week I had a cyst burst for the first time. It was very painful and finally on the 4th day I went to the er. They found the ruptured cyst and fluid. Along with pelvic congestion syndrome. Congestion is pretty much varicose veins going to your ovaries and uterus. It causes severe pelvic pain and dull aches and does not go away

What’s the reason of congestion? Have you taken any hormonal medications to stop your period or your period was regular monthly?
