Anyone Go Through Anxiety And Depression With The Pain?
Sometimes the pain gets so bad It’s like getting hit by a truck right in my ovaries and I feel so powerless like here we go again It gives me anxiety thinking about now everybody’s day is ruined bc I’m in the worst mood and even though my husband is supportive and does everything he can to make me feel better I feel like such a burden on these days which leads to a depression that I just can’t shake .... does anyone else feel this way at times? and was there anything that made it better?
Smboyd yes I think most of us can relate to feeling frustrated and depressed for sure. Us as women are care takers we care for everyone else so when we can't function its hard on us and those we care for. I know my husband is very supportive at times but gets frustrated and not as understanding other times. I dont know what the answer is taking my husband with me to the Dr helped a little and this site is literally a life saver when depression hits I hope you feel better soon🙋🙏🤗
