Visanne is a progesterone only pill. Spotting and bleeding are usual on some users. Others do not bleed while on it. It really depends on our body's reaction to the pills.

Try birth control pills. I did progesterone and it gave me cramps for more than a week straight. It's just a suggestion. I was diagnosed in 2006 and had 4 surgeries.
