Anyone Have Colitis Or Crohns As Well As Endo?

I have 2 nodules in my bowel. Dr thinks it could be mesenteric adenitis or colitis. I think it could be endo spots. Been in pain for about 4 weeks. Ultrasound was normal, CT scan showed the nodules.
