Is the ovary 10cm or is there a 10cm cyst in your ovary? According to my old doctor, if you have a large endometrioma (endometriosis cyst) that's typically considered stage 4.. but it varies some doctor to doctor. Also, pain and stage don't necessarily go hand in hand. There are women with stage 1 in massive amounts of pain and women with stage 4 in virtually no pain.
