Do Peppermint Capsules Help Endo Belly?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Vancouver, BC

I just ordered some off Amazon, but has anyone tried them before? I have found kombucha and green tea helpful to soothe my belly, as well as ginger tea.. but nothing has taken away the endo belly. Taking away meat and milk products most definitely reduce pain and discomfort for me though.

This endo belly has me down today. Summer is the season where I like dressing a bit more sexy. So far nothing has worked to decrease the bloat.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you! That web link is blocked on my work computer, but I'll look as soon as I get home! I really appreciate it.

Honestly, I'm a counsellor in my everyday life, and I feel in a state of zen after I read your response. I just calmed right down. haha I hope that someone does the same for you and if you ever need anything please feel free to PM me! I'll be there. xx Hugs!

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I'm taking the one that is suppose to be gentle on the tummy. Is that the same as the Slo-Fe form? I am Anemic, so the doctor asked me to start taking it to prepare for the surgery more. I think I may try to get more natural Iron from veggies though, because it's havoc for my GI system with being so bloated all the time!
I appreciate you so so much. I am very worried that my symptoms will continue to be there after excision surgery (pain and being bloated), but am trying to tell myself to be reasonable (haha) and that once they take out cysts that size of course my body will adjust and go back to normal and my size will go back to normal also. I should be grateful that she said it hasn't spread to other parts of my body as well. The pain is very concentrated to where the cysts are located on each ovary.

I hope you are feeling well!! xx
