Heating pad, ibuprofen, and CBD lotion (at least 1000mg) helped with cramping.

Naproxen worked for me.

IBUPROFEN "4" 200MG every 2 hours for 6 hours. Only when cramping though, i normally have to do this for 2 days and than itll calm down

I use my hot water bottle. I try mediation and distraction techniques too.

Get on some birth control so you stop getting your period all together! That is legit the only thing that has ever helped me!
