What To Do About Pelvic Floor Pain?

I have never been in pain in my pelvis area until this time but now my pelvic floor is in so much pain along with my tail bond and back and belly. What do you guys do to help ease the pain in your pelvic bone. Also i haven't bled in 2 years and now all of a sudden i have some old blood coming out and idk why.

Pelvic floor physical therapy, massage, heat, and anti-inflammatory foods and teas.

Have you ever had pelvic floor PT? That's been my Godsend.

I also use diazepam/baclofen suppositories which calm the pelvic floor.

Also high potency CBD oil inserted vaginally works well. Also rub it onto your abdomen, pelvis, groin, and upper legs.

I recommend Lazarus Naturals High Potency CBD. It's an excellent company!

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member idk about the old blood ordeal but i can say that i have pain in those areas as well and have not received Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy yet.😑 Hopefully this year i can make that happen and tell you my experience. 😎 But i hope you get to manage such pain because it does suck.
