Yes it's possible to have both , I understand your confusion I thought by finally getting referred to accredited endo specialists I would finally get answers but nope if anything just more confusion lies and inaccuracies even with simple things such as what kind of womb I have I have been told I have 3 different types of uteruses all through last 22years everyone has different opinions most think I have heart shaped bicornuate , sub septate and even severe defect of arcuate and heart shaped like who knows for sure so I understand confusion completely and this was just a simple thing it was done with aswel as everything else x
