I just had this happen for the first time today actually. That is why I jumped back on here! I think it’s time for a new OB.

I was getting 2 bleeds a month and was antis to hospital with floods of clots. I was discharge with norathisterone and tranexamic acid but it made me so ill. So i started taking raspberry leaf tea, it's also supposed to balance hormones. I used to take 3 cups a day and leave 7 days clear but I was so heavy on those days. Now I take 1-2 cups every day and when I'm on my period I take 3 cups and I've had 2 "normal" periods. I still get dizzy and pains and fatigue insomnia so you'll have to tinker around to get the dosing right for you, but it's nothing like it was before. It also helps with all pms symptoms like depression, bloating, cramps etc. The other one I researched was chasteberry tea, but at the time I couldn't find a decaf version, anyway, I've been on rlt for nearly a year and I'm really pleased with it so have stuck with it.
