What’s Your Favorite Exercise When Dealing With Constant Ovary/cyst Pain?
I have four cyst all around 2-4 cm and one on my right is the biggest and it constantly hurts feels like it’s pushing and putting pressure on my other organs?! My whole right side feels shot from under my rib cage to my back down to my ovary. I feel if I move a certain way I’m going to rip or tear something. I know sitting around too much isn’t good but I feel like I can’t exercise regularly from the pain and inflammation.
I used to lift really heavy till I was rushed to the ER and they discovered a 6.5cm cyst on my right ovary. I am due for surgery in October and my surgeon told me to stay away from lifting heavy. I just do incline walks on the treadmill for now. You can do walks too, I wouldn’t advise lifting to avoid pain or ruptures. Sending hugs!
Have you had a mri with contrast recently at all?! If I remember correctly you were in hospital a few weeks ago right?! This sounds wayyyyy too similar to what happened with me, mine was left side but doesn’t matter which side both extremely painful but it sounds like possible ruptured or in the works.. those cysts can change so quickly and grow super fast & big.. it could be inside your ovary like mine was..but at 1st it was 2-3 cysts same size as yours but then it changed and I was in sooo much just like how ur describing.. pressure & all pushing on everything.. well for me they found out it was inside my ovary and started puncturing & pressing other organs in pelvic.. I was screaming in pain & finally headed to ER.. my whole pelvic was completely filled with blood..the cyst got so large inside my ovary it was the same size as what ur bladder is suppose to be..needless to say I was rushed into emergency surgery.. I almost died & my dr told me he has never seen something like mine before and by far the worst case he’s ever seen.. & that’s when he discovered all my endometriosis and how bad it was.. I was scheduled two weeks after emergency surgery to have laparoscopic to remove everything.. lol sry for long rant but whole reason I am is bc it’s NOT normal to be in pain like that and something isn’t right…trust me I learned the hard way & just kept pushing it off until when my original surgery was scheduled to remove the cyst..it changed so fast..I’m here if you want to talk about it!!
After a recently bad flare, I have had chronic lower back & pelvic pain (I am pretty sure Lefty had a cyst not shown on US.) My gyno gave me some floor poses to do & I have to say reclining bound angle w/ or w/o strap feels great (for me.) Legs up the wall will also help: try it w/ a heating pad on your tum 💕
It could be starting to rupture or will rupture too. That achey stabby pain is just THE worst. I am so sorry
I would say walking flat... Not up hill
