Has Anyone Had Surgery For A Frozen Pelvis?
Hi Dana
It’s so frightening not knowing all the answers. I don’t know if surgery is the right thing or not. I hope your surgery helped ease any symptoms you had.
Ahh yes I understand. at first when they told me my uterus “can’t be saved” I thought well let me try that anti-inflammatory diet first. They were doing a study with anti- inflammatory diet and endometriosis at the hospital I go to. But after I went on holiday to England and had to walk hills (in stead of the flat Dutch ground I’m used too😂) I soon figured out that the diet alone was not going to take away the lesions in my bowl so I decided to continu with the operation. After the operation I will first have a look with supplements ( they did a study with Endo and NAC in Italy and many aparrantly where able to cancel there surgery so maybe that is interesting to look in too. And a anti-inflammatory diet. And I hope I can keep it with one surgery then haha.
Hi Claudia, I’m waiting for consultation to decide the next step. Th plan is to try suppress with depo then a big op next year but may take 6 hours an a number of surgeons to try remove as much as possible. It’s in all 3 parts of. My stomach but I’m a scared if how big the op is and if something goes wrong.
I get surgery in februari to remove my uterus and the lesions. My uterus is stuck to my guts now. They are also going to remove the endometrioses but they don’t know how much and where it’s gonna be so I’m a but nervous for the operation. What is the plan for you Leah?
I am still suffering from some pain, and the doctor told me that it is due to some adhesions that were not cut, and I am certain of that because where the adhesions are located, there is pain.🥺
