What Lessons From Your Endometriosis Experience Are You Applying In 2024?
Listen to your body, and insist to your doctor when . Something does not feel right . You know your body better than anyone else
Not sure really but I’ve learnt if you don’t pester them as in the specialist, people that book the appointments and doctors you won’t get anywhere 😔
you know your own body. don't let doctors or professionals make you second guess yourself if they don't experience it especially a male they can say "it can't be that bad because you turned up to the appointment" or "you look OK to me". You're the one going through it you have a high pain tolerance not a low one "you just cant cope with cramp pains must be a low pain tolerance" but actually youre having cramps that any average lady would go to A and E thinking that there is something wrong. so dont let them make you think youre being dramatic or that its not that bad and when you're in pain it needs to be looked at. go through the process and don't let people make you feel silly. you're not silly you're doing your best.
Stand up for your health!!
