Was Anyone Able To Fall Pregnant After Stopping Visanne? I Have Stage 4 Endo Of The Bowels And Have Been On Visanne Since 2015.

I am 33 years old and was diagnosed with stage 4 endo of the bowels in 2015. I have had one laparoscopy in 2015 and have been on Visanne since and thus haven't had my periods or been in any pain. I want to try and get pregnant this year, but I am very scared about the pain coming back and not being able to fall pregnant.

I’m 29 and in a very similar boat. Have been on visanne since 2016 which completely stops my period. I stopped taking it for a few months last year to see if the pain is manageable without (it wasn’t) and I’m really nervous about going off it again because of how debilitating it is experiencing the plethora of symptoms that come flooding back after stopping visanne. Hope someone can share their experience on falling pregnant after being on visanne long term x

Your diagnosis is very similar to mine, except I've just started Visanne and have 6 months to go... Would love to hear any updates once you have them. Are assisted fertility treatments an option for you? If so, they might speed up the pregnancy process so you don't have to leave it all to fate and you might be able to fall pregnant sooner I guess?
