Hello Everyone... I Have A Question... When You Change Birth Control Pills, Is It Normal To Have Blood And Pain? Blood For How Many Days?
Yes it can be normal to experience bleeding (more/less than your usual flow) when you switch hormonal methods. As long as there is no fever, chills, vomiting or excessive blood loss (soaking a pad an hour or less**). Some people have a few days or weeks of more bleeding. Basically, if anything feels off, go into urgent care or ER depending on the severity of symptoms. But normally some extra bleeding can be expected. As for pain, I’d monitor if it’s worse than your “normal pain” with endo and again if anything is not your usual, get checked out. Hope this helps & I hope you feel better soon 💛
How did you switch? Were there days where you werent able to drink?
