Endometriosis Diet: Foods To Eat and Foods To Avoid Read Article...
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member

I have always loved meat, fish, poultry but after the surgery I am making a conscious choice to go on a more stricter diet and avoid meat, poultry as much as I can. I am not promoting any habit here, but I do feel I am less bloated and have started liking my veggies more.

Same for me! So far I've managed to dramatically reduce how much meat I eat, and try to only eat chicken if it's actually organic free range, but I still eat fish. I'm also reducing wheat and dairy, I'm still finding it impossible to completely cut these out of my diet, but even reducing them has made a positive difference.
