@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member it seems that however many naps i take i still wake up tired, i also run almost every morning as i am training for a 21k marathon, but some days i could not do it at all. I've missed important meetings because of this fatigue, have u tried anything else that helps? I also read that you did the laparoscopy, how was the experience?

Could you take caffeine in pill form instead of drinking coffee? It might help prevent some of acid in the stomach. I'm sorry you have to deal with this. I don't have endo, but my daughter has Stage 4.

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member when it comes to fatigue nothing else has helped me. Im a law student so i understand when you say its caused you to miss important meetings or deadlines. My laparoscopy went well. it took 2 weeks to feel 90% healed, the scars are 4 minor incision across my abdominal area. My mother has endo too. she went through numerous laparoscopy's for literally years until they finally diagnosed her. They then prescribed visanne for her and she everything im going through physically and emotionally she went through too. She's still on visanne, its been two years, no re-growths or flare ups or pain. She says it takes a while for the medication to get used to your system. She goes for long walks/hikes, takes a lot of vitamins and other stress reducing remedies like magnesium. She did fall into a depression and anxiety at some stage during the 2 years and lost a lot of weight. She never had energy and barely got out of bed. SOOO essentially, it seems if one is on visanne, it gets worse before it gets better. and Im holding on to that hope too. and im trying to implement all her remedies and a little bit of what i find on this community too(stretching/yoga REALLY helped). I really hope this helps and i hope things get better for you in your journey.
