My Pain Levels Seem To Be Fluctuating Quite A Bit Since Coming Off Birth Control. How Is Everyone Else’s Patterns Of Pain?
I’d say I’m at a 3 most days when in pain not menstruating. And a 5 when menstruating. However, this is my 2nd period off BC now and the pain is not as present (other symptoms definitely are) and have me questioning some things. Would LOVE to hear from y’all!!
I have stage 4, so daily I'm a 4 or 5 but when I have a flare it's a 9

I had my Mirena coil removed 5 months ago and it's been awful. The pain, the 18 day bleeds. It's been tough.
I am on a medication called slynd, I take it continuously and not the non a active pills. I have not menstruated since May but sometimes due to stress or certain movements like over doing it cleaning etc I get flare ups
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member Okay that’s about the same for me. I set my scale as 1-5 instead of 1-10. Thank you for telling me of your experience!
When you say flare, does that include menstruating? I know some flare ups happen when not menstruating.
