Members shared overwhelming consensus that dietary changes, particularly adopting an anti-inflammatory approach, have helped manage their endometriosis symptoms, with the most commonly eliminated foods being gluten, dairy, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine. Several members described practical strategies including keeping food journals to track triggers, incorporating herbal teas like dandelion root and ginger, taking supplements such as turmeric and magnesium, and following Mediterranean-style eating patterns with whole foods and lean proteins. A recurring theme was that dietary responses vary greatly between individuals, with members emphasizing the importance of listening to your own body, allowing occasional treats to avoid misery, and being patient with the trial-and-error process of discovering what works best for your unique symptoms.

I agree with all of the comments listed above. Eating a low inflammation diet, gluten-free dairy-free sugar-free has been a game changer for me. I have learned a lot about endometriosis and how to eat to heal your body through a podcast I found during my search for endometriosis support groups like this one. Check out the endometriosis nutritionist podcast. She is out of Australia.
