Everything in moderation like above! I do try and do some baking myself (I love baking) and make low sugar (or sugar free if possible) and gluten free treats. But on Christmas Day however I don’t hold back (I do on gluten) I am quite literally a pig in a blanket that day and I’ll happily suffer for it on Boxing Day!
This is my 1st year having to be cognizant of what I eat. I'm the cook, so most of our meals will be foods that I can tolerate🤣 If they have a special request, I'll make me an alternative meal. I'm also thinking about having gluten/sugar free deserts. If it taste good, my family won't be able to tell the difference. I'm also realizing that Halloween may be a little complicated for me. My husband is my accountability partner. I love chocolate, so I'm going to get it out of the house as quick as possible. The kids can keep 10 pieces of candy. The rest will be donated.
