I was diagnosed with hypermobility Ehlers Danlos post 3 endo excisions which included: Stage 4 DIE, massive adhesions, hernia repair, and removal of ovaries, uterus, and appendix. I believe hEDS is highly under-diagnosed in women who experience chronic pelvic pain and have undergone multiple laprascopic surgeries, as the symptoms can overlap and be exacerbated by estrogen.
