Does Anyone Else Have Swelling In Their Feet When Fatigued?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I notice it when I stay in the same position for too long but also after a lot of walking etc. Notmally when I have a “fatigue flare” my feet swell slightly and I have pain in my legs that makes me want to press down either side (maybe for circulation?). My lower back also hurts when I’m tired. Any tips?

I do have 'fatigue foot'! (Not the swelling although) My foot spa is put to use often when I start to feel tightness or tiredness. Calluses became a problem during Covid which has me thinking, do they correlate? Foot massages or a Foot Spa machine is helpful to an extent. But try seeing a Podiatrist to assist you with that! Does temperature effect also? Just curious. I hope you get to handle that soon.😎
