I'm fairly certain surgery is required for Endo confirmation-- they need to see implants/adhesions & extent of infiltration. Mine was confirmed laparoscopically while removing ovarian cysts; I ended up w/an abscess & therefore an oncologist who watched it not leave for 6mos before deciding to avert cancer & took it & ovary. I take a homeopathic supplement from Australia called Happy Hormones but I'm also on the mini pill.
