I am almost certain I have endo although I haven’t gotten confirmation as I haven’t done surgery. I have a strong aversion to the medical system. I’m not willing to take pharmaceuticals or do surgery but I am happy to try almost anything else if I have good reason to believe it will help. I have had a few sessions of pelvic physical therapy which seemed to help a lot for two months but now it’s bad again. Herbal medicines have helped with some symptoms but not the pain. I'm fairly certain surgery is required for Endo confirmation-- they need to see implants/adhesions & extent of infiltration. Mine was confirmed laparoscopically while removing ovarian cysts; I ended up w/an abscess & therefore an oncologist who watched it not leave for 6mos before deciding to avert cancer & took it & ovary. In her words: "You're a mess in there."
I take a homeopathic supplement from Australia called Happy Hormones but I'm also on the mini pill.
