I developed toxicity when on this for a month. Ended up in A & E. Was already low in iron when prescribed (14). Why do some people become toxic on it while others do not?

Heating Pad

If you are likely to do a heating pad session, you might want to try to put a Castor oil pack right on your pelvic area's skin
Castor oil pack will help to reactivate your circulation and is anti-inflammatory, it will work on your tissues by penetrating the skin.
Do not do it while menstruation! Try to do it 3x weeks, even more, if needed.
