Has anyone ever had a hystetectomy at the age of 25 due to their endometriosis being so bad?

They wouldn't give me the hysterectomy at 26...but I just had mine at 31 and feel the best I have ever felt in 9 years. The best thing I have ever done!!

I had one at 25. All I have left is my right ovary. I was pain free for three months and then it started up again.

I had a hysterectomy at age 26 due to cervical cancer. At age 20 I had exploratory surgery cause of bad pain in the stomach which turned out that I had 2 uterus & 1 tube & ovary on opposite sides. I was never able to conceive. They removed the one uterus & I was told that I had endo. I had reoccurring endo & had many surgery. Too this day I am still having problems & will have another laparoscopy in Aug. I am glad you were able to have a child. I was told that once you conceive the endo goes away but sometimes not. I know you probably want more children but if this is a big problem for you I would have a hysterectomy if it makes you feel better physically. Best of luck. What a darling baby.
