I really need some weight related advice
I had a laparoscopy/ myomectomy in February for Stage 4 Endo + Fibroids
It’s been a rocky recovery – taken longer than I envisaged, but I am much better.
I however continue to struggle with my weight!
I have gained about a stone in weight, and no matter what I do I cannot seem to lose it.
Diets that have worked for me in the past are not working anymore. I avoid carbs and stick to protein and vegetables.
