Doctors Suggestion

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone not currently attempting to conceive but taking prenatal/pregnancy vitamins? One of my doctor's suggested me taking them to get all my hormones/vitamin levels at a somewhat regular level. Just wondering if anyone else has done this or been advised to? Tia x

I've never heard of this. Wondering if this could help me, too. Thanks for the thought!

I have a friend who doesn't have endo but had cancer and her doctor advised prenatal vitamins so her body would be more prepared when the time came.

Yes, my Dr recommended a multi vitamin, folic acid, CoQ10, zinc, b6, calcium, Omega 3-6-9 and iron. It makes for quite the handful of pills in the morning :)
