I had excision surgery and was on visanne for 2.5 years to treat my endo, I was not menstruating, and concieved a few months after I stopped taking visanne. I saw a naturopath to help though. I was regulary menstruating while on the BC pills and still do have a pretty regular cycle. Its off a day or two sometimes. I had surgery in the past, last one about 4 years ago when they took half my right ovary. My gynecological oncologist who was also my surgeon said he didnt see any reason why I would be able to conceive at this point though it is a possibility to take a little longer with half the right ovary. I started taking vitamins and watching my diet and I do feel much better, just need to lose some weight now.
