I try to eat less when I start to feel my bloating coming on before my period, and little to no juice, it helps to keep the gas pain down in my lower areas so that sitting isn't so painful. I also try to eat less solid food during my first two days of period until I have a good bowl movement. Seems to help with the blood clots too. Hope this helps and stay strong
Unfortunately you have to fight and push sometimes for the diagnosis, I had all the symptoms you listed, which I would say lists pretty much every classic symptom of endometriosis. You need to find someone who will listen properly to your concerns. My stage IV was eventually diagnosed by MRI. Bear in mind even stage I with hardly any endo can cause all the symptoms you listed, so even if a lap missed minute amounts does not mean you don't have endo. Please fight for your health and see a different doctor
Me as well. If I have a flare up I eat a lot less:(
It was missed during mine and I wish I would have known better then.
Take a look at my story:)
And I hope it helps
