I have been having severe cramping, pain and pressure in my lower abdomen, pelvis, low back and radiating down my legs for years. At least 15 years now. It’s always mid-cycle. I am on birth control pills and it’s always during the second week of pills. It can last anywhere from 4-8 days and my gynaecologist refuses to believe it’s anything other than ovarian cyst. It can occur every month, or it could skip several months

It's 100% related to endometriosis. You need to see a vetted endometriosis excision specialist. That your physician is refusing to take you seriously is unacceptable. Find a new GYN immediately.

And WELCOME!!

Yep, sounds like Adenomyosis and endo, I always have an ache in my pelvis now, radiates down my legs at times, burns too. The stabbing pain stopped when I started the Visanne though.

I believe you have endometriosis, ovarian cyst can be seen on a scan. But there's nothing on the scan but you are experiencing pains like thst. I believe its endometriosis, go to a new gynaecologist I prefer women. Without referral letter from anyone, I have endometriosis but I never had laparoscopy. My symptoms are good enough for me to say I have it, when am in pain - I usually take mybullen tablets or norflex co tablets, am also on vissane daily. Vissane helps because I don't get periods, but pains do visit regularly.
